This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons. I’m done. I will inconveniently drive to another Tim Hortons. They consistently get my order wrong. And today was the final straw. They had a line of about 20 people and after waiting in line they messed up my coffee order. As usual. The dining room was closed so I couldn’t even go inside to tell them. And of course they don’t answer the phone when you call. To make matters worse, when I get back in line and tell her that she messed up my order, she takes my order from me, fixes it, and hands it back. No apology and extremely grouchy. As if I’m the one that did something wrong. Absolutely ridiculous. That is the last time. I will put up with this kind of service from this Tim Hortons
Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 #10 breakfast meals. Told them I wanted LG double doubles for the drinks. Woman at the speaker confirmed the order for the 2 coffees. Pulled up to the window and was given only 1 coffee. When I said I am supposed to get 2 she said they only rang you up for 1. So I asked if I could get another since I ordered 2. She said no I have a line of people behind you, you have to go back thru. Didn’t want to cause a scene so I just left but absolutely horrible customer service coming from someone that works in the food industry. Very disappointed.
They over charged me then yelled at me for asking when my ice cap was 7 dollars and then I called a manager and they said they will give me a free drink and my money back so I went back and then employees yelled at me again and cussed me out then the manager came and goes oh sorry I don’t know why they were rude like that and then they gave me a new drink which I definitely don’t trust to drink and didn’t give me my money back. If you didn’t want to give me a drink you shouldn’t have told me to drive all the way back there.
Always an issue at this location. Not worth the time to stop here. Something off the menu is missing or unavailable or not working....this last time they completly messed up 2 bagels, forgot 2 items, could not offer something for their mistakes, and then told me to go to Wendy's for salt and pepper packets which, btw, they happily and kindly gave me some... Will Def find plenty of attitude though!
Made my last visit. Used the restroom today and it was absolutely disgusting. Not one issue, it has not been cleaned for weeks it looks like. Cant buy food from a place that is maintained like that. Horrid.....Food: 3/5
Worst experience ever! Rude staff, was told to go to wendys when i ordered the $5 bundle with the Biebs drink and the timbits. The mobile ordering is unavailable and the girl goes there’s nothing I can do about it. Just terrible experience never coming here again. Did not receive the biebs drink either. They just made any drink and gave it to me. Disappointed
This place is very rarely open at 5am. The last three times I went, they said they don’t open until 6. The times I do show up after 5, nothing is ready. No breakfast or coffee. Hours of operation listed are incorrect.
We were sort of pressed for time trying to get to a funeral. Notes the car line was pretty long so decided to go in. We were second in line. Gave our order got our drinks. Then we waited. The people behind us got their order and we're gone. I started biting cars going through the drive thru. At least 12 cars went through before we decided to ask about our order. Three people said "is coming. He's making it.". Well I also watched that same individual making all the drive thru orders, of which ours was long before those who he had taken care of. We got the restaurant at 9:42. I remember looking because if our time crunch. We got back to our car at 10:21. We got a breakfast sandwich, two hash browns and snack wrap. We were late to the visitation that started at 10 and was 3 minutes from said restaurant. It wasn't just the slowness, it was also how we were responded to by the other staff, as if we did something wrong. That is not good customer service by any means
Not the best in town. The quality of service has gone down hill over the last few years . When you order a double double you normally get a coffee with just cream and no sugar. Over the last few weeks I’ve had to bring sugar packets to add to my coffee because they never make it right. There is another Tim Hortons down the street that is better. That will be my go to store from now on.
The management, is horrible one of the employees started cussing at me through mic because I complained about the guy in front of me taking 20 minutes to order very rude staff was very surprised with this location they need to remove the nasty stuff that they have. I will not be returning customer.
