This is my first time visiting a Tim Horton's and it was a better experience than many coffee shops I've been to. Unknowing of the stressful 3 hour drive I had with some rude encounters at other places, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The environment was positive, happy and energetic. This was a very refreshing environment to experience. The iced coffee is actually better than I expected. Not too strong or bitter but also not watery. I would definitely come back.

I really enjoy going to Tim Hortons as it reminds me of Canada. Tim Hortons is well known for its iced cappuccino, Timbits, morning English muffin with eggs, as well as their special edition drinks and food, like the current Nutella Croissant and Nutella-infused drinks. However, this particular location could improve its opening hours and the ambiance of the dining room.

Wish they were open more hours. Often not open when I go. Hours at this location very limited. M-F 7-2 only. No SAT OR Sun. Tim Horton website shows wrong hours, as does as Google.Food: 4/5

EXCELLENT food and reasonably priced! If you're staying at the Renaissance,  don't bother with breakfast in the hotel! Go downstairs and get delicious coffee, eggs/bagels, pastries for a fraction of the price! Plus, the food and coffee will be hot!Food: 5/5

Delicious timbits, but the place is a bit small.  Also the cashiers were not particularly helpful as they flooded my coffee with cream and then we rather stingy about giving me an extra cup.  That said...the timbits are amazing and made up for it.  I wish there was one in Philly instead of hiking all the way up to Allentown just to get some Timmy's.  It seems like an oversight on their part.  Come down into the states into the roughly Southeastern part of PA and then go to Allentown???  Be in Philly.

Increase  operational hours closed almost everyday alternatively Increase stores all over allentown area & its vicinity

Will never attempt to come here again. Hours of operation online show that they open at 6AM, I arrived at 6:45AM and as of 7:15 they were still not open. This is extremely frustrating when trying to pick up donuts and coffee for a work event. The hours posted on the door have been scribbled and changed so many times you couldn't even tell what time they were supposed to open. So if you have a schedule to keep just stick with Dunkin

Update your hours. You’re closed on a Sunday morning which makes no sense for business and hours show that you are “open” until 4pm today on Google. Pretty annoying

Went at opening and everything was super fresh, the donuts were so fresh the warm icing wasn't fully melted on yet but the associate pointed it out so we would eat it first. We also had breakfast wraps and iced coffees which were greatFood: 5/5
