We are doing a job right next door, we love Tim Hortons so we ignored all the small issues they have. But today we couldn't get tim bits, Boston cream donuts so we asked for an everything bagel. Nope. So we ordered a plain bagel "toasted" with cream cheese. We got a "warm" bagel. Idk who their store manager is.. but y'all need some serious help. Oh and good luck getting toppings on your ice cap supreme.

Pull up in my ambulance. As I'm walking up, an employee tells me "the inside is closed Sir" as she holds the door for a gentleman to walk in. I point to my vehicle and say "So I can drive thru in that?" Mind you, it's nearly 10 ft tall and the employee said yes. As I'm walking away, I also comment "seems the inside is open for him". But I guess allowing a... friend or family member to come inside is standard practice. But a medic in an ambulance gets to be cold, and pull around. Place my order and pull to the window. Only to see that I must park and get out to pay and receive my order since the overhang prevents me from pulling to the window. I didn't want to be the next person to hit the overhang See the included photo because I was told I could make it and then have a damaged vehicle.  If laziness prevents you from opening the dining room with what appeared to be a minimum of 3 staff inside maybe you should close the drive thru as well.

Received the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at any location tonight! I wish I caught the workers name but she was a young woman with a strip of green-dyed hair I believe. Had the worst day and she was so sweet to me. They also had my mobile order ready as soon as I got there. This is my new regular location— give that girl a raise!!

I enjoy the sausage, cheese and egg croissant. What I did not care for is the  service which is very unpleasant. I also find it disappointing to charge for jelly packs etc

Frontally staff and good coffee. Everything you would expect from a Tim Hortons. They can get that fifth star by staying open 24 hours to accommodate a nontypical schedule.

The coffee is of the good quality it always has been. Unfortunately,  whoever updated the hours wasn't correct, they're barely open passed six. I'm probably in the minority here but I like to get coffee after work and it's been like this for like 2 months.  Take down the 24 hour sign.

French vanilla cappuccino was very good my favorite also i love there ice capp whipped with a carmel shot with carmel & whip cream on topFood: 5/5

Awesome staff. Great personalities. Clean establishment. Gentleman who took my order offered many suggestions to my inquiry of "I don't know. I just need a lot of caffeine." I've been to a handful of Tim Hortons. It is not my favorite  cafe. But this will be my favorite for coffee in this area because of the quality and staff.

Horrible, last time I was there I had throw my meal out it was horrible. Coffee tasted like hot water. Think they have people who don’t care making your food.

Travelling from Orlando, first time having Tim Hortons, and this place was wonderful. Clean facility and fast service.. Thank you! Definitely will be back.
