I never go to Tim Horton’s for an obvious reason but I wanted soup. They were out of soup and chili at 12 in the afternoon so I settled for a “grilled cheese panini”. The easiest sandwich and they do it like this.. sticking to never going to Tim Horton’s.Food: 1/5

This is a decent location. I stopped in for breakfast in the drive through. The sandwich was cold, which sucked, but the hash browns were hot. The double double comes out of a machine, so it's always perfect. I got the food pretty quickly and the staff was nice.Food: 3/5

Whoever is working there today 10/01/23 at approx 2:30 at the register and making food near the pickup area... REALLY NEEDS A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stood there for 10+ minutes waiting to pick up an order and they didn't even acknowledge my existence. So FINALLY after watching 3 other people get served, I asked the little girl preparing my food about my order. She said it was the bag sitting on the counter as if I didn't have time to see that it wasn't mine in those 10+ minutes. I let her know it wasn't mine and she said "ugh okay can you talk to the worker behind the counter?" Lol I walked out. I would have loved to talk to her if she didn't acknowledge everyone but me.

Couldn't get a hold of manager but tried calling. Ordered two hot chocolates and one coffee. The coffee tastes awful just like pickle juice. Too far away to request a refund or something else but they should not serve people this.Food: 1/5

It is slow. The croissant looked like it was run over by a car tire. You cannot use the bathroom unless you get the key they cannot locate.Food: 3/5

There were fruit fly's on the donuts. Told 2 employees about it. They said yea we know. We have a problem with them. They just kept on reaching in and filling orders like nothing was wrong.

I'm not the one to give bad reviews but honestly look ... Come on now this is unacceptable I'm sure the employees themselves won't eat this if this happen to them. I didn't want to go back an tell them because my temper would of went from 0-100 real quick .

So many inconsistencies and running out of menu items early in the day. The location is convenient and the people are nice though. I’d like to see some improvement but it looks like society is only going downhill now days

I went to the drive through window. The sandwich was fine. When I mentioned the decaf coffee was only slightly warm.  They offered to heat it up. I said I would rather have fresh hot coffee or my money back. She said I could leave my name for the manager but she couldn't give me a refund. She said if I didn't want the decaf reheated, she would have to make more decaf. I said okay. She wasn't happy  but made the coffee. I thanked her and left. As I drank the coffee, I found out that she also gave me a big spoonful of coffee grounds. So, if you have to ask for fresh coffee, bring a strainer! There are other places to get coffee, I suggest you pass on this Tim Horton's location.

Second time I've come to this location when they are supposedly open but were not. Why advertise that you open at 5am if you don't provide service when I arrive at 5:45amService: 1/5
