I am just so happy they will now be a 24 hour Timmys.  I flew into buffalo on a late flight in March and all I wanted was a tim hortons coffee!  These guys were closed!....so I had to go to another Tim Hortons on Transit Rd.  Before making my 2 hour trip home....so anyway....yay!!! See you in July.

Very rushed through the Drive thru - girl kept asking "Is that it?" "Is that it?" then we got home and some items were missing that we paid for and these people are worth getting paid $15.00/hr!! That's nuts!!

Just went through the drive thru there were two young girls who were very rude at the speaker and said that didn't get my order because I "did not speak loud enough"?! meanwhile the other girl was holding my coffee as they both nodded they couldn't hear me. Just horrible customer service. All I can say is i will not be coming to this location anymore!

Decent inexpensive place for a quick breakfast on the go. The service is shoddy at best. Ive been to 2 Tim Hortons here in buffalo, and both have had less than acceptable service. Checked in this morning we placed our order, and paid and were forgotten about. Twenty minutes later we go up to the counter and had to ask for our breakfast to be made. Then we found out we were charged for the incorrect items. We asked for combos, were only given the sandwiches. Then had to pay extra for the coffee. They were out of stock on hashbrowns and had no salt and pepper.
