Ordered two large triple triple coffees... Got 2 large cups of coffee with creamer and sugar thrown in a bag, coffee tasted burnt. The guy up front was rude. Management is no better, tries to justify other people being rude, when they're being just as rude. The way the lady talks to your is ridiculous. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your morning coffee. Or at least a different Tim Hortons location since the service here is so poor.

Charged wrong person for our order. Had to remind them we had a toasted bagel coming after waiting around for some time and it turned out they'd forgotten all about it .

They never have stock after hours. Nice staff, but good luck getting anything you want after 10pm.

The coffee is ok and the food is just mediocre. It's pretty hard to mess up a bagel so those are fine. The donuts are nothing special, in fact, I prefer Chef Shells in downtown Port Huron. The breakfast sandwiches are what you'd expect from fast food, again, nothing special. The inside is not very clean, but the service is usually good.
