Always good service here. I eat here a few times a week. Really like how much bacon you put on breakfast sandwiches. But I only like my bacon very crisp. I have dentures and  cannot eat limp bacon. Sometimes it's good and crisp, others rubbery and limp. When I asked that mine be made more crisp I was told they can't do that. I find this hard to believe. A few seconds in the microwave would do it. I'm going to ask another employee before I try to get the company's attention.

Coffee is acceptable; more concerned with cleanliness.   Pointed out flies gathering on the wall; I was corrected, as they are "fruit" flies, and told they are addressing the issue.   No reason for me to return to this dirty chain...

I don't live in this area, but when I visit, I usually come to this Tim Hortons. Usually, customer service is great, but I visited on a Sunday morning and the staff seemed cranky and unfriendly. I walked in the door and the first young man who saw me just turned his back like I wasn't standing there... he was the only one standing behind the counter and I was the only one in front of it. Another woman saw me and asked if she could help me. I asked for another honey packet because the one they gave us at the drive through was open. She handed it to me and walked away. I didn't get an apology, she didn't ask if I needed something else, or anything. Very cold.

Had no problem with us doing a small birthday party there, staff was super nice.
