Often screw up orders through drive thru. Better too go in and have them correct it over while you wait

Standard Tim Hortons. This location generally gets orders via the drive-thru wrong. Then, when driving back and going inside to correct the error, it is beyond obvious that the staff hate their job. There is constant loud complaining about working conditions, scheduling and stress. This location is NOT a good representation of the national chain.

Typical Tims location. 

Ran out of a bread type for a sandwich the fiance loves and told us AFTER we paid ... didn't offer any extra substitute. Got a crappy bread sandwich. She didn't enjoy it. 

The wraps are gross (but not because this location, because of the fake cheese inside them ...), I would not order it again.

Completely terrible service and even worse customer service. Was short changed over $10.00 during my last visit. When I went into the store to have them count their tills was told that I was wrong and that there was nothing they could do for me. Had a phone call from the stores manager and he was even worse. Didn't offer any sort of resolution to the issue. Definitely won't be going to this location ever again. My opinion, skip this location and catch the En Route Tim Hortons a few km's along the hwy.

Under staffed!! No toilet paper!! 1/2 hr.  Line up to get served!! Garbages full to the top! Poorly managed!!
