Decent staff that do get overwhelmed at times but good ambience and always open.

Drive in does get super crowded during rush hour

I am a regular at this Tim Hortons for the last 2 years because I live near by but I hate it. They are sooooooooo slow!!! If the line up is 5 or more cars in drive thru I just leave now because they cannot handle it. I regularly sit for 15 minutes or longer when I go here. They often mess up my order, as well. I hope that they train their staff to be more efficient. I have gone into the location because drive through was busy and seen the staff working at a slow pace and chatting amongst themselves. Please do something to fix the problem... it's just ridiculous.

Washrooms were disgusting! Service was good.
