This is a Tim Hortons Express location. Limited selection  of donuts, muffins, etc. Good for a quick fix of coffee.

My mom who is deaf (she has a implant with a mic that makes her hear) goes to this location when she visits me. She always complains about how rude they are there when she orders her Ice Capps. 

I was waiting in the parking lot and she came in almost crying saying how the employee slammed an Ice capp down and spilled everywhere. She asked him if he could fill it up and he just ignored her.

I went in explaining what had just happened with the half empty Medium Ice Capp and all I got was attitude. The 2 young gentlemen that were working on April 21st at 2:40 should be talked too about their customer service. 

Anyways I was not happy that I had to go in and explain the situation when they could have just solved it in front of my mom.

They employees here are incredible nice and always happy. They're very nice and somehow make the drinks better than any other place.  I go back very often. In fact, it's the only reason I go to that Esso.

A suggestion, I understand that there is sugar and food etc, so flies are attracted. However perhaps there could be methods to keep them away? Traps are okay but can look very disturbing and gross in a store.  There's always natural and non-harmful fly repellants. I love it here but the flies do turn me off from buying food often. That is the only reason it is four stars instead of five.
