This is a cumulative review from all the times I've been there. Pros: great coffee, decent food (that I'm able to eat -- I'm diabetic), very friendly staff, open 24 hours, a gas fireplace burning in cold weather. Cons: so popular in the morning that it's REALLY hard to find parking sometimes, staff usually forgets to give me a charge receipt, and every once in a while it's a really dud visit. Two times ago had a really bad one. Messed up order, cold food, tepid coffee BUT cashier gave me a receipt without my even asking! But times like these are, thankfully, rare. Everyone has a bad day occasionally. I recommend this place.

3 people working but two were talking with a friend at the drive through. We stood for 15 minutes to get waited on, and every single item we ordered was wrong and had to be re-made. Repeated the order back to us, too. This was by far the worst experience here and it's been going downhill the last year.

Never consistent. I can't tell you how many times I ordered an iced coffee and they didn't give me ice and the drink was warm. I mean really? Also when they ask if you want the cream on your hot drinks and you say no, they sometimes put it on anyway! Plenty of people hate the cream on top of the cappuccino and lattes. Also for a 24hr place they close whenever. Sometimes 12am sometimes 9pm who knows. I feel I'm being generous with a 3/5 rating.

The guy working over the counter was an idiot. I had to correct my order 3 times for him to get it straight. Was a teenage kid who was either hung over or was just expecting a customer to have an accent, which I clearly dont, and programed in his head that he wouldnt understand them. Love the place but hire better workers.

Coffee is good pastries not so much last one I had was dry and fruitless. Place is expensive enough without getting poor quality food
