I don't get why this chain is so popular. There seem to be a proliferation of them all over the place in Canada and there are a few in the states as well.  I am told that the coffee and donuts are really good I didn't try the coffee I did have a donut because they messed up my sandwich order and gave me some freebies so that was nice and the donut was okay but nothing that I've not had somewhere else. This is a good place to have a meal that isn't a burger because sometimes when you're traveling you get tired of burgers. They are open 24 hours a day so I guess that does make them handier than most restaurants.

Have all Tim Hortons locations decided to refrain from using Please and Thank you when serving the public?  Being courteous is still appreciated..thank you.

You guys suck! Every time I get a bagel here and PAY for cream I EXPECT to get cream cheese on my bagel. And items forgotten is unacceptable when its continuous! Your stuff rarely have a clue what they are doing! Get better staff or give them proper training!

Speedy service and friendly staff but they need to move to a larger lot, there isn't nearly enough parking!

Great place. Service is always quick when we stop on the through town. Parking lot does get full easy and bathroom can be a bit dirty. Other than those  two things over all experience is great.
