Extremely pleasant workers, who were fast courteous and deserve a better pay. It may be an express location but it’s better than most locations that serve lunch. Coffee was perfect and they have never gotten my order wrong.

Employees get your order wrong then are rude to you through the rest of your experience in the shop... and definitely worse in the drive thru! 😡

people ahead of me in line waited over 10mins. And everyone ahead of me was just getting coffee. I left cause they didn't know how to check the balance of Someone's gift card ahead of me. I figured it would be another 5mins at that point. Poor system of the same person checking you out and also getting your coffee.

Been there several morn between 6:15am & 7am in both drive thru & inside for 2 coffees & 1 smoothie. Today I was the ONLY customer inside. Not once have I gotten my order in less than 15min from placing it & EVERY time the order has been WRONG. I STRONGLY recommend passing this Tim's by for another location. Don't waist ur time or $$$

Specific to this location-my order has been wrong 5 times now in the last two weeks. Whoever has been placed in the drive through lane to take orders is not listening and typing the wrong items in. Update to an electronic screen like the one at Harlem/Clinton or repeat the order back to the customer which is what many other locations do. This is getting ridiculous. I have only rarely ever had this problem at other locations!!
