My husband and I got married a month ago. When he contacted his insurance office (this one) to combine policies, they said no problem. A few days later we get no less than four mailings from them, with his EX GIRLFRIENDS name AND vehicle on it. So he called back. Said it would be fixed. A week later we receive yet another AUTO RENEWAL with her name and vehicle still on it! Then I call, before removing her from his policy, they wanted to know if I HAD HER ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER. are you kidding me. Lucy also said they could only backdate it to July, meaning....we've been paying for her all this time??? This xgf he hasn't been with for years! VERY DISAPPOINTED. If I could post less than one star I would. So sick.

Can't say enough good things! Not only did he go above and beyond for me when I wasn't even his client, but he also did an insurance review for me to explain my coverage. My other State Farm agent never did anything like that! I never even spoke to him in the 5 years he was my agent! Tim also has a great staff, very friendly and upbeat. I never had a reason to leave State Farm, but Tim has actually provided me a reason to want to stay! If you want a great rate for insurance, and an agent that takes time to assess your individual needs, you're crazy to go anywhere else.
