Timothy is a go getter works really hard for his clients  Have had my home on the market. For five years with no luck Timothy came on board sold it within  two weeks. I would recommend Timothy to anyone trying to buy or sell a home or property.

When I moved to VT , I called a couple of local offices and wasn't impressed with the time it took for them to call me back. Then I found Mary Scott who returned my call immediately. She was able to help me through my first purchase and did a fabulous job. 
I met her son Tim Scott and asked him to help me locate investment properties. He was more than up for the task as he went above and beyond to find me great properties. He also introduced me to contractors and my long time banker. Ten years later and every time I am ready for another purchase, Tim Scott is the only Realtor I would ever call.  Now that he has his own company, it has excited me enough to buy more.  He called me right away with a great opportunity and I just put it under agreement.
