Though the store may look small it has so many nice things in it. Items are quality, the flowers are fresh, and the staff is very helpful. It's a very pleasant place to shop.

I went into the store before there were three or four people working they were chatting about what they were going to put in the store, I waited never got waited on so I left posted a review they told us give us a try again.... I went in today there's one person upfront vacuuming and three or four people in the back working I wait and wait someone did say" I'll be with you in a minute".... but the person vacuuming at the front door obviously the vacuuming was more important than my business and I told them so and I left... I told the owner the vacuuming should not be more important than my business.... in this environment and people wanting us to keep our money locally you ought to greet or acknowledge people at the door and if you're doing something as trivial as vacuuming that oughta become the last thing to do when you have a customer waiting.. !! I've given you two chances I've had the same experience both times obviously you make enough money you don't need everyone's business I won't be back.

In response to your negative view....I will tell my side of this story. When you came in we were loading a large funeral heart that a mother ordered for the tragic death of her son....it had to be delivered by a specific time....it took 3 of us to load it....I saw you come in and told you I would be right with you. The lil gal that was vacuuming in the front....we’ll it was her 4th day working at the shop....she is young and inexperienced. We have had 12 funerals in the past 2 weeks....we are down an employee out with surgery.....does that make you less important....absolutely not!! Unless something major is happening we ALWAYS greet our customers and ask them how we can help them....my other reviews can attest to that. I came back in to help you and you went off on me in a very angry tone....with me hardly getting a word in edgewise. This is not about money....it’s about customer service which I’ve obviously failed with you. We are not perfect....we do the best that we can.
