I have always found the people who work here very helpful, nice, and efficient.  Sure, I have had to wait a few minutes when they were working with other customers but that is standard everywhere.  There are much worse banks out there.  I would not be with Timberland Bank for 17 years if they did not provide great customer service!

Terrible service. Twice I tried to open a bank account for my new small business. The first trip, despite having all required documentation I was treated like an idiot and the employee seemed irritated that I DID have everything she asked for and couldn't get rid of me. I asked for account options and information and she pointed to some brochures in the seating area. I thought she was having a bad day, and I was now mad, so I thought I would leave and try another day. I returned and had to deal with the same employee, who this time was even more rude. She then proceeded to tell me how I could have opened an account previously but I just took the info and left, to which I explained I asked for information and she pointed to the door. This made her mad so she threw up her hands and walked off mumbling someone else can help. I'm very friendly and easy going,  and not a difficult person to work with. This happened in December 2016 and I'm just now writing the review, hopefully displaying some patience and restraint. Olympia Federal now holds my business account and their service is remarkable.

No concern for customers what so ever. Walked in to open an account and stood there ignored for 10 min. Never been back.

Anyone can steal money from your account after you've given out your #. Even if you ask the bank to put a stop payment on someone, they won't. They let them steal your money 1st. Then you can file a report and probably never get your money back.
