Time and Materials is such a wonderful addition to Bellingham! Amazing beer selection and the staff are simply the best : Delaney, Jacqui, and Tori make you feel right at home <3 Their outdoor patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a yummy snack/beer rain or shine and their inside space is absolutely beautiful. It is a must try if you are in the area!!
WOW! What a great spot. The staff is simply amazing!! The food is not your average bar food, it's so so good, and they have great selection of beer AND wine. Carter's got you on the wine and Tori has you on the beer. They have all bases covered and are the most welcoming and fun group of people. Can I work here?? A must try if you're in Bellingham. Will be a regular here.
Beautifully curated selection of Bellingham + local PNW craft beer; love a tap list that caters beyond the IPA heavy trends. Jacquie provided awesome tidbits of knowledge about my top picks. Chef Brandon’s menu is fresh and packed with flavor shout out to the air fried green beans! Stellar service, cool interior aesthetics, TONS of plants and a wide open seating area in a protected courtyard. Truly cannot wait to spend warm evenings with friends here.
Just found this place over the weekend and back today for some wine and food. So far the food is great, the drinks are great and the staff are even better. Beautiful space to get some food and have a glass of wine or a beer.
Excellent find in Bellingham! Cold beer, good selection. And food was fantastic. Had the Chicken Salad Sandwich, Steak and Spinach Pasta Salad, and Nectarine and Burratta Tart. All three were amazing and even still delicious as leftovers the next day. Service was great as well. We will be stopping by again for sure next time we are in town.

Good beer selection. Looked like it had a nice back outdoor place which was reserved while I was there, so I wasn't able to check it out. Didn't try the food but looked and smelled nice as it came out to the other tables.
Great spot with high quality food. The summer salad for happy hour, even! was bright and fresh. Nice selection of beer. Staff was friendly, especially with our 11month old
More weird than unique, and parking is not to be found, even with a bike. Small, excellent food menu, with a side salad that looks like weeds and tastes tough. Too many beers, not enough cider, but that"s just my preference... ...oh, and thanks for having a paper menu, not online.
Really pleasant new bar/restaurant in the south end of Bellingham that has interesting cocktails and wines and delightfully different food that suits omnivores and vegetarians alike. Super friendly staff. I didn't recognize a wine that was on the menu so the bartender offered a taste, which I loved. It's obvious they put a lot of thought into what to serve. Love that they're unique. We wish them lots of success.
