Horrible customer service, they hound you even if you are a day late.
I will never ever go back to this company for financing!
They harass us and call non- stop.
By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.

Very rude account manager. I called them before my grace period ended to inform them that my payment would be late due to bad economy and hours cut. I told them I would mail my check November 4 and their account manager called me on November 4th threatening me to have my car ready for pick up. I told her my check was in the mail and she said she would mail it back to me and was going to make my payment electronically (charging me $10 extra on top of the late charge) she then hung up on me.I called back to tell her I did not authorize her to make that payment so she said I was harassing her and she was done with my account. She was rude from the moment she called. I also would like to bring up the fact that I have always been current on my account besides this one month and I wasn't even 30 days late.
