Quick and professional. Save $5 by printing off an internet coupon... I forgot my coupon, don't make the same mistake. That $5 can buy 4 PBRs from G.R.U.B. burger a half block away.

First off i want to say that I am regular at this location(6995 Fern Loop) and have NEVER had an issue. But my visit today was the most disappointing and pathetic service i have ever had here. I try to come on thursdays because the guy that is in charge on this day always provides excellent customer service( i always forget his name😳). I got out of work early to get my oil changed before they closed and i regret it sooo much. It first started when i pulled up the young white guy came up to my car and was mumbling so it was hard to understand him. I explained to him that the last time i got an oil change on pines rd they put the wrong mileage on the sticker for my next service and told him to make sure to put it down right. I went to the waiting room and less than 3 mins he called me to the counter(which to me seemed a little rare) so i went and he cashed me out right away(the whole time i was at the counter i had to constantly ask him what he said b/c he kept mumbling) I got charged for high mileage oil which I DID NOT ask for! Usually they always take me out to show me what all they checked, the recommendations and the oil level and color before they cash me out. Im not even convinced or sure is they changed my oil at all. When we went out side they already had my car parked out of the bay and DID NOT show me what all they checked. When we walked to my car I noticed one of  the workers smoking not even a foot away from the bay. That could be dangerous in my opinion. When i looked at the invoice and the sticker the mileage was incorrect AGAIN! I dnt know what is happening at this location but i might have to go somewhere else. I would like some one to contact me and or respond ASAP!

My family and I are regular customers at Time It Lube and we usually visit the E. 70th location because of the car wash attached. This past Wednesday my children and I rushed into this location shortly before closing time. The employee graciously assured me it was no trouble to work us in and we had plenty of time. It was very late, very hot and I’m sure these guys had had a long day but you never would have know it by their cheery attitude. As usual, they changed our oil and quickly sent us on our way. This morning my husband received a phone call that they had found my son’s iPad in their lobby. They spent a lot of time trying to find the owner, first by searching under my child’s name as a customer and when that didn’t work, going through his contacts in the iPad. In a society like we have today where people are always looking to get something for themselves it was so nice to see that they made the choice to return a very expensive device. We always respected Time It Lube as a christian centered company but they have gone a step above. These employees showed integrity by going the extra mile to return this to my son and teaching him a valuable lesson in the process. We will now be life long customers of Time It Lube.
