I cannot say in this space the horrible experience I had at this newly opened "spa." I never have been treated so shabbily and with so little respect. I went there because of a purchased coupon for a service that normally is $75. The procedure took maybe 15 minutes (a little shortened?) and the woman said: "You're done." She never said another word, such as suggesting I come back or how things went. They refused to reschedule my appointment when they told me they were out of an ingredient needed for the procedure and tried to talk me into a procedure I did not want. The woman acted like she just wanted me gone. Well, I am now. And won't be back.

Timeless Medical Spa is very professional, yet personal based operation. Dr. Subnani makes you very comfortable in your own body as she helps you in your desired service. Never making you feel vain or uncomfortable.

Before going to Timeless, I had severe vitiligo around my mouth and chin as well as roscea.  I would not leave the house without applying very heavy foundation. It continued to get worse. After a few sessions with Dr. Subnani and Elana, my skin is beautiful! I only wear moisturizer now (with sunblock of course) when I leave the house- - I actually threw my foundation away after my third session! My skin looks beautiful! Thank you Dr. Subnani, Elana and the entire team - you are great! I am so grateful to have found you!

Timeless seems shady.  I called to get a feel for this Medical Spa because I was interested in buying a Groupon.  The doctor told me to come to the office (an hour drive) and I responded that I would.  When I got there, she was gone.  I called her and she said I should have told her when I was coming--silly me to think that I could go in the middle of the during normal working hours after being invited.  Anyway, she was supposed see me before I purchased the Groupon to tell me which service I should buy.  Since she wasn't there, she tried to give me a phone consultation and then asked if I would like to have someone call me who had had that same procedure (smart lipo) on the same area. When I said yes, she said "uh, well..ok."  Then had this person call me who had no idea what she was supposed to say besides how great the spa was.  She sounded as if she was making up as she went along a vague story about her smart lipo, but  didn't mention that she'd had it on her back, which was the point of her calling me. In fact, she couldn't tell me where she'd had it.  When I mentioned that she said "oh yeah, I had it there too, it was great, you'll love the results, great results."  WEIRD.  I'm going with my gut feeling.  They won't get a dime of my money.

Dr. Subnani talked me into thousands of dollars worth of treatment and once she had my money, the follow care was virtually nonexistant. I ended up having terrible cysts from her implants and when I asked for a refund through the BBB, the request has been ignored to date.
