Dr. Sullivan has taken care of me and my family for over 22 years and we look forward to many more. He and his office have consistently provided competent, professional and courteous service. And he has always been promptly accessible in emergencies.

Just returned to see Dr. Sullivan after many years, still the same poor service, quick eye exams, and no time allowed for questions. Reminded me why I didn't go back after all these years. Will not return ever again!

Best service I have EVER received. I couldn't believe how well I was treated yesterday at my first appointment. They spent as much time as I needed, listened, provided me with details on everything from what my insurance covered, detailed analysis of my eye exam, they weren't pushy...just helpful. I am so glad I found this provider... If my insurance ever changes and ends up not being covered, I think I'd probably pay for this service out-of-pocket it was so good. Thank you -what a wonderful team!

I do wish I had a more positive review to write as I am in need of eye care and am looking for a great doctor. I do not have a review for Dr. Sullivan as we have not met and unfortunately won't as a result of the treatment I just received from one of his staff members. I called the office this morning and explained that I am not a current patient but do have a question as I am seeking treatment. I was responded to with a heavy sigh. I then asked if this person had a few minutes- as the sigh led me to believe she was very busy. The response I then got was a snap of some sort and a quite curt 'go ahead'. Having been in customer/patient service for years and knowing that there are other options out there for treatment, I responded that due to her being so rude, I would be taking my business elsewhere. I am very disappointed- especially after seeing these great reviews. Maybe a bad day, maybe just after a difficult patient, who knows... but I certainly know that in those few seconds, I dd not deserve -and was FLOORED- by my treatment and introduction to this practice. These days, when most people are spending more wisely and spending more time paying attention to the value of every dollar spent, great customer/patient service is even more important- in terms of revenue and not losing business to competitors. Even before these tough times and down the line once we recover, good customer/patient service should be the foundation of anyone attempting to provide a service and build a clientele. Obviously my experience is not the experience of all, and I am certainly happy for those who have had a great experience with this practice. I am disappointed that I am not in that group but will happily search on for a practice that is deserving of my dollar and who had that foundation, that basic, of respect and good customer service.
