This is one really good guy.  My wife and I have been helping a lady who was being taken advantage of by a caregiver.  We met with Mr. Hayes and he gave her some great advise.  We were going to retain him but he knew this ladies financial situation and gave us advice on how to handle the court case.  We took his advise and won.  We understand every situation is different but Mr. Hayes truely cared about this lady and not what he could make off of her.  We have some personal legal matters coming up in the near future, Mr. Hayes will be our attorney.  Thank you, Jay Reed, Amy Reed and Gracie Wilkins.

While searching for help with a complex legal question, I contacted Attorney Hayes' office through his website contact form. While I was entering the information, a chat window popped up and a polite, professional person spoke with me in real time about my question. That same day, Attorney Hayes had personally emailed me back with accurate, informative advice. The next day, he spoke to my husband and myself in a no-charge telephone consultation regarding our questions. We finally have some answers that make sense. I cannot thank or recommend Attorney Hayes enough. While looking for help with this question, I contacted multiple different attorneys around the area. Attorney Hayes' office was the only one that didn't quote over a hundred dollars to simply consult with me, provide facts that weren't accurate, or simply not respond to my question at all. If you are looking for a knowledgable, trustworthy attorney, contact his office. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Hayes helped a friend of ours with some legal issues and he advised her what she needed to be brought out in court.  He felt she did not need an attorney in the courtroom with her, and saved her quite a bit of money.  He even called to see how court went!  He is very knowledgeable and helpful.  If we ever need an attorney he is the only one we will hire!

I met Tim through my mother-in-law and from the beginning I had a great feeling about handling my legal advice and help to start up a new / revive our business. Tim is thoughtful, he is listening and taking his time to address all possibilities. Sometimes my wishes or dreams are not aligned with reality and Tim does let me know straight forward what I can do or not - no "sugar coating".
We are happy to have Tim as our legal representative!
