Hope everyone seeing this is noticing the consistent 5 stars. This is one of the best bakeries in Portland. A gem. They also carry a few GF options. The coffee is excellent, too.

I can't remember the name of it, but they have a blueberry cornmeal bar that is one of best things I've had out of any bakery. If you haven't had one before you really should try one. Chocolate chip cookies are fantastic too.

In my opinion, a bakery can be judged on one item.. the sugar cookie. While it is a simple cookie, producing a perfect sugar cookie is almost impossible. This bakery has achieved the perfect sugar cookie! I did try some other things to see if the entire selection was perfect. So far, perfection...but don't worry dear readers, for you I will commit to tasting everything they have to find a flaw (if one exists). The service was just as perfect as the food. Easy parking too.

Easter cookies from Tin Pan Bakery were awesome! Best brownies in Portland, great egg & bacon hand pies, biscuits, cookies and lemon bars. Good coffee, too!
