They relocated to a better place, it looks fabulous. But sadly there customer service has not improved. Their wait time is still long even though they have hired new people. I waited 45 minutes for a service because they forgot I was waiting while 2 chairs were open. Once those 2 improve I will gladly give them 5 stars because their work is definitely quality work.

If I could put zero stars, I would.

They have terrible customer service, nails came out crooked and they didn't give me or my family attention. After explaining how I WANT my nails, she told me it wasn't possible and when someone else came over she was rude and disrespectful in front of me. When I came back after giving my mother the car, to drive herself to the hospital, she laughed and sniggered with other saying how she thought I needed to go get money, so I grabbed out my bills, counted them in her face, and only gave her the cash and a mere 5 dollar tip. Their assumptions was atrocious and no business will be coming from me, my family, or my friends. I felt irate and uncomfortable and the whole time she didn't care to be a bit nicer. I hate to say there might have been a racist component, but they really need to be more kind to all customers, and not just the white ones or ones they think are 'better.'

And as I read through these comments, I see they are suppose to do several things, WHICH DIDN'T HAPPEN, and we were charged 8 dollars for possibly the worst wine my aunt from out of state, has tasted- keyword, tasted. One sip and nothing more. Then of course they proceeded to act out in front of her.

For the black women or latina women, or general women of color, I would just go somewhere else. Plain and simple.

Jennifer works wonders. She does the best for her clients and the prices are fairly affordable. They are so welcoming and consult to see what you desire and need.

The staff was not nice but 1 person. Vanessa. She communicates with her customers. The others are constantly laughing and speaking in their language so you don't know if they are speaking good or bad about people. They actually speak English. They play cards and completely ignore other people. They are very selective about who they cater to. I never was offered a glass of COMPLIMENTARY WINE. I was never offered help to grab my coat. But I watched how they treated other sub groups. They talked me out of getting a design I wanted. They were rude. But the place looked nice. Because of the service I will NEVER spend my money with them.
