Tindall Ranson are an outstanding company committed to providing outstanding service.  I called them with an urgent problem in the morning.    They worked around my needs and accommodated my service call the same day and resolved a major leakage problem threatening my hardwood floors.  The service professionals, the staff and all office personnel are all very pleasant to work with and provide service to resolve your problem.  I recommend them highly.

They are the only plumbers we've used in 12 years. They do very high quality work and they always stand behind that work.

New to the area and called Tindall Ranson when our heat went out based on their reputation. Their technician was great--arrived promptly, and took care of our problem in about five minutes (wind had blown out the pilot).

Received a bill a few days later. For the service call, $50, which seemed fair enough. However, added to this bill was a "diagnostic" for an additional $100. When I complained that no diagnostic was done, they threatened to send the bill to a collection agency. 

Apparently their reputation for great service only applies to their field personnel.

Terrible experience, run don't walk away. Overcharges for shoddy work. Estimates not same as bill. They quoted me a price to bleed my heating system then billed me four times what they quoted. People are entitled and arrogant.

You get what you pay for. A little higher price with super quality and workmanship. They have done multiple jobs and each better than the last
