I  could not believe how careing and compassionate that Omar and the rest of the staff is here. He went above and beyond what any other pharmacies have and will do for a person. I felt as though I was talking with a friend or family member, they actually care!! My wife was having issues with a script that our doctor made a mistake and rewrite the script.  We had to fill the original script because it was a Sunday and she needed to fill it because she was out and it was a prescription she couldn't skip. Anyway the doctor rewrote the script and even valled Walgreens to make sure that there wouldn't be any issue's.  I went to Walgreens and guess what? ISSUES!! I went to a few Walgreens and a CVS to no avail!! My doctor told me to go a see Omar at Tinley Park Apothecary.  He called Medicare and Medicaid and or Medicaid!! He had it fixed and filled in about ten minutes!! Not to mention he beat the prices that we normally pay by at least 20 dollar's!! UNBELIEVABLE!! AWESOME! 
I will not go to another pharmacy ever again!! I live in Burbank it's at the least a 30 minute drive for me to get there! I don't care, it's well worth it to be treated like a human being!! He went above and beyond what any other pharmacies would do.  I honestly felt like I was talking to family. There is absolutely no excuse to go to any other pharmacy.  He could quite possibly save you hundreds of dollar's!!

Great little neighborhood pharmacy, owners and staff very helpful and friendly and nobody can beat their prices. Recently we lost our health insurance, since my husband takes many meds a day , I went to Walgreens to see how much will they charge us for generic PLAVIX well its $170. Tinley park Apothecary charged me $10 for same medicine! You cant beat that ! I wish all people knew about this pharmacy, I found out about them from my doctor (thank you Dr .BLAKEMAN ||| ) and iam very thankful. Stay healthy !!!!!

Two months ago I went to Walgreen's to pick up a script. There are 2 drive-thru lanes and the one closest to the window was taken so I drove up to the other and waited...and waited...............................and waited. The previous month I promised myself I was NOT going to Walgreen's again but apparently I'm forgetful because I only remembered while I was waiting AGAIN! The woman next to me had also been waiting for quite some time before I arrived and she sat too. I was there for so long that I actually turned my car off. And this was AFTER I'd received the robo call letting me know that my script was ready for pick-up. Needless to say, I was livid and so was the woman next to me. She rolled down her passenger window and said that it's very rare for her to make a trip to Walgreen's for scripts because of how SLOW these people are! She then told me about the pharmacy that she typically goes to that's right next to her train station, Tinley Park Apothecary. Although I avoided Walgreen's last month, I went to CVS instead. It turns out that CVS hadn't renewed their contract with BCBS so I had to pay full price. CVS didn't tell me this. What the pharmacist said was to keep my receipts and call BCBS to get it all straightened out and they'd issue a refund. So it was ME who called BCBS to find out that CVS hadn't renewed their contract. While I was on the phone with BCBS, I asked her if Tinley Park Apothecary was in the network of pharmacists and she said they were. I was determined to stay away from ALL major pharmacies this month and ended up at Apothecary. Initially there was a problem with my insurance (which ALWAYS happens when I go to a new pharmacy) but I wasn't the one who was told to call BCBS and straighten it out. It was done FOR me there! I had a very nice conversation with the pharmacist and plan on going there for EVERYTHING as well as telling my entire family and network of friends to go here too! My co-pay was less than both Walgreen's and CVS as well. See ya in a month!! :)

The staff are excellent! BEST CASH PRICES AROUND TOO! Good for the insured and the uninsured,  The staff is always helpful and friendly, I'd recommend the pharmacy to everyone! Great experience compared to any Walgreen's or CVS, great service!

Every time I enter the shop I am welcomed by name. Every one is so friendly, efficient, and professional.  They are SO friendly, they have encouraged me to stop by and chat. You don't get that at any drug store !!! 

Oh, the prices can't be beat !!!
