As of August 21st, 2017. It is now under new ownership and things are heading in the right direction. This place really needed some TLC. The staff are very caring and eager to make this one of the best daycares around. I can honestly say, change is good. New paint throughout, new wood chips for the playground, lots of upgrades. I would defiantly send my children here. It is fun, safe, loving, with a smaller "homey" feel compared to the bigger daycares. Bad reviews in the past are just that, in the past. The teachers there love what they do and love the children. This is more than a job to them.

Recently underwent new ownership and has gone down hill. Now the AC is broken for over a week! The children in the facility are hot and uncomfortable. The only answer we get from the owner is that shes working on it...... this is not an acceptable answer. The state has been called on them numerous times because they are not following state regulations, IE. letting children sleep in highchairs and in bouncy seats instead of on mats and in cribs as mandated by the state. I would highly recommend avoiding this daycare.

If I could give this daycare 0 stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke, please DO NOT send your kids here. Whether it be them making your child sleep in highchairs to leaving various teachers out of ratio with children...it is a terrible place, my child will no longer be attending here.

I feel my son is happy at the moment. Every business relationship has its up and downs. I will say any issue has come from the part of business that is outside the class room. There was a time when my son was not full time and I would pay for the days I needed each week. They scheduled him for the wrong day and I saw it in advance. I talked to them and they wanted me to pay additional for the correct day of school and they keep the money for the day they miss scheduled. I disagreed and they did not require me to pay for a day I didn't ask for. Now that I am working full time monday - friday I haven't had to worry. Now on the money end a new issue has arrived. It costs $432 for two weeks and they pay by cash because they don't use debit card or allow electronic deposit. The atm only dispenses cash in $20, so I pay $440. They choose to keep my change on account as a credit and don't offer my change back. The only time I get change back is if I ask in person for the change. So I embraced keeping the credit in case I get held up from traffic after work or if I need the credit for future tuition cost. I was five minutes late on Friday so they need five dollars, not a big deal. The problem is that they wouldn't allow me to use my credit because they want five dollars cash to hand the girls. So on top of the extra $8 I paid in advance, they wanted an additional $5 cash because the money I gave them was in the bank and they can't hand the girls $5 cash. If they want to run a cash option for payment, they should allow a small amount of cash to complete cash transactions just like any other business that works with cash, so they can give the change back to the family. If they want to allow a credit for the care of a child, they should allow that credit to be used if the child needs five more minutes of care. I shouldn't have to pay additional cash because they don't want to get the cash out of the bank from my payment of two weeks in one lump sum. The difficulty for five minutes after closing shouldn't be this hard. Just watch your accounts and watch their unwritten regulations fees. September 11, 2015 I miss this daycare to be honest. I left to go to Wee Excel and after the biting issues at Wee Excel were investigated by the state, I noticed my son was happier at Tiny Tots. I would have rather worked through the account issue at Tiny Tots then have my son experience the negative social structure of the infant/toddler room at Wee Excel. My son did not bond with the kids at Wee Excell like he did at Tiny Tots. At Tiny Tots, Tamara's daughter would greet my son and all the kids were excited to see each other. My son bonded with the teachers at Tiny Tots and at Wee Excel they kicked him out when he refused to go because of how they treated him. During the phone call, the owner of Wee Excel expressed she didn't like me and refused my son care. I am recommending Tiny Tots the channel 4 best daycare in macomb. They deserve the award. Honestly I am surprised nobody recommended them. So I will set the first step in that direction and recommend Tiny Tots to Channal 4 Best in Macomb. I hope you get it!
