The location is nice and easy to find it's beautiful inside. Time I hit the door, there was only one family in front of me checking in with 2 kids and I had to wait about 20 minutes. The receptionist was very friendly and personable with my 3 year old daughter. My daughter wanted to ride the train, it's supposed to run every 30 minutes but it was running more so ever 45-60 minutes instead. During the train wait I decided to take my daughter to the tiny track, which was ran by an unenthusiastic teen. He ran one track at a time, two rounds for the big kids and one round for the smaller toddlers. I had to wait until enough toddlers could ride which was about 4 rounds of wait. Meanwhile the train never took off as scheduled. My daughter wanted an ice cream sandwich, the register didnt take cards. I had to go to the front entrance to check out and had to wait 15 minutes to check out only to discover they ran out of cash which was another few minutes wait. Summing up the experience I paid nearly $30 to have one round ride for my toddler, no train ride and was there for 2 hours total just to get that. I still have left over tokens on my card but they can go up in smoke, I cant see myself going back. This is not a place for smaller kids. If you have 5 year olds and older you may have a better experience.

My kids went on the booster cars and on went on a train ride. Didn’t try the Carcade. My kids loved it. Thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely worth the Groupon price. My opinion, the bigger smart car experience is unmatchable and the bigger kids seemed to enjoy them. Good concept !!!

Don't ever come to this place! IT'S SO ANNOYING! Reasons: ``````````````` 1. RACIST explanation: I came here for a birthday party with my friends and we went to the car simulator. I was so excited because I never drove in my life, maybe because I was ten at the time. So we got there and the simulator workers were SOOOOO racist. I crashed my car about 9 times and they were mad like I broke the system. One of them said "you crashed.....again". At this point, I wanted to tell the manager, but I thought that was the only time. Here is when the racist part comes: He reset the system for me and I said thank you very much, didn't say anything. The other said "I didn't know black people drive like that in real life." I was so mad it offended me. 2. STAFF explanation: The staff were very nice, however, they were still on the more racist side a tad bit. I was driving on the tracks and one of the staff came pulling over when I stopped at the stop light and asked questions I didn't wanna answer, so I drove away when the light turned green. (*away from him*) 3. PEOPLE/CUSTOMERS explanation: The lines were so long when I did the simulators and when I got there, one of them said that the machines were closed when another person was using it. Those are my reasons why you should NEVER EVER go to tiny towne... EVER!

Absolutely over priced and hate the dishonest pricing. Bought $30 package online, arrive to be pissed that i had to pay an extra $10 to upgrade the ID that comes with the package to a driver's licence. $40 for 25 minutes of driving around a tiny outdated track.. never again.. arcade is wack as well... don't waste your money..

It's okay I guess. We took two boys aged 5 and 7. They liked it but became bored fairly quickly. The Tiny Track should contain a stop or go sign. Something to make it slightly more entertaining. There is no way to make their driving experience better without a change in the course somehow. Otherwise it's generally fun for the first hour. The place has huge potential and could be better with the following: -cross trained staff. Why doesn't the staff know how to fill up the soap dispenser without management being on property? I pointed out how two of the three soap dispensers were empty in the ladies restroom. The lady replied that the only person who knows how to change them is the manager and he's off today. -instructions. That's a no brainer. Parents there for the first time should have a guide on what to do with their kids after they pay. It's not intuitive right now. - a better arcade. That's a sad little arcade room they have. Add more games and lower the price of playing them. Not every game should be a dollar. These are children not adults. -have staff walk around and ask people if they have questions or need help with anything. Customers shouldn't need to seek out someone. Staff should be visible outside of the work areas. - the train should run every 5/10 minutes. 30 minutes between rides is ridiculous. It makes very little sense to make children wait for that long. They also don't care if there are birthday parties....a train leaving with kids is a train leaving with kids. Kids were lining up but were told the next round was for the birthday party only.
