Please do not drop your items off at this location I went to pick up my coat on 12/23/16 got to parking lot check my coat before driving off and realize my belt was missing! I immediately headed back to store they had close and the man BK was gone. I called the next day he said he had my coat belt when I went to retrieve it was literally an oversize shoe string. He told me to come back on Tuesday since it was the holiday and speak with the manager. I gave him my card and ask him to have manager call me. I phoned on Tuesday around 3pm to inquire about my belt spoke with same man. Asking me am I sure the belt wasn't on hanger with coat and saying he was the manager if this was the case why would he tell me to check back on Tuesday to speak with one then I ask who the owner was he stayed he couldn't tell me that like it wasn't public information like I will not be able to retrieve that info. He was rude telling me to be patient it's the holidays and he not sure if a belt was with my coat needless to say I ended up telling him don't worry about the belt but know I will be reporting this Buisness to every business bureau possible . Customer Service is a below zero star! My first time at this Cleaners and definitely my last.

Clothes always done right. Laundered shirts, no starch. Always on time. If they tell you it'll be ready, it'll be ready. Only reason it's not a 5 star is that the day manager,  John, left and he always used to greet me by name.
