Family owned and operated for more than 40 years! We serve the tire and automotive service needs of customers in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. Our name may be Tire Discounters, but don't let that fool you - tires are just the beginning. We do more to make your tires last longer. We can inspect, recommend and fix almost everything you need to get your vehicle up to speed. Our services include new tires, alignments (We're home of the free alignment), oil changes, brakes, custom wheels, shocks and struts, performance upgrades, batteries and other automotive services for both your personal and fleet vehicles. I stopped in about a month ago to have a nail removed from a tire. I also asked to have the wheels balanced and rotated. I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. The job took 3 hours. The representative I talked to was very apologetic and didn’t charge me for the service. I thought that was a kind gesture and left feeling pretty satisfied. This morning I noticed the nail was still in the tire. They had rotated the wheels but failed to pull the nail. I went back at around 11:00 am today to have the tire repaired again. The representative at the counter barely took his eyes away from the computer to ask “what I needed”. I explained to him that the original repair I requested was not done and I needed the nail pulled and plugged. Without taking his eyes away from his computer screen, he told me it would be a 3-4 hour wait for a plug. After telling him that I didn’t have time to wait and that I would be going to somewhere else to have the job done correctly, he shrugged his shoulders, mumbled something, and went back to working on his computer. 
I do most of the work on my truck myself but have bought a few pair of tires from the Springboro Pike store. Up until these past few experiences I’ve had no issues. The staff has been great and the work has been quality. After these last 2 visits I will be taking my business elsewhere. Midas is 5 minutes away and was more than happy to earn my business.

Went here to have my TPMS sensors replaced. Dropped it off at 745 am and was told it would be an hour and a half. Went to bed because I work nightshift, and came back at 4 to pick it up before work. Eight hours later still had to wait a half hour for them to finish. Almost made me late for work. Staff is not very professional either.
