Two bad experiences with this place. The first was when my step-dad needed his Ford Explorer repaired. They fixed the problem and returned it to us, but within a few weeks it began running poorly again. We returned it to TKO for inspection and they found a wrench left in the engine by one of their mechanics. They tried to make the issue right by repairing the damage and because they did try to make things right, we continued using their services, but then my mom's car needed repaired. It was having difficulty starting - ran smoothly, just had trouble starting. They told my mom she needed a new air filter, fuel filter, and spark plugs. They replaced all those things and charged her $350. When my mom picked her car up and began driving it home, it no longer ran smoothly. It felt like metal was grinding together underneath your foot and it didn't want to go. From these experiences it doesn't seem as though the mechanics at TKO know what they're doing or even car whether or not your car is safe to drive when you leave.
