Went in on 12/19/17 to get an estimate on tires. Was told price would be $662. Since tires are usually “out the door” prices, this was what I was expecting. Dropped car off on 12/20/17 and went to pick up after it was finished to learn the price was nearly $730. Called to ask why this was and was told that it states on their board that their estimates don’t include tax and other things. Basically was just told “sorry not my problem.” I think that this is an awful way of doing business by giving customers a price and not informing of additional prices on top of it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ron not only tracked down hard to find RV tires he did a great job dealing with my insurance company. I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about turbo diesels I had his folks do a full servicing. He kept me in the loop at all times and was very quick on returning calls. When i picked up the vehicle, Kevin explained all that was done and answered all my questions. A very professional business and employees. I drove 45 miles each way and will gladly do it as long as i own my RV! Thanks again, Dino
