Great Customer Service. For a while I have been taking my vehicle to the dealership (approximately 20 minutes away), I found that Tires Plus provides the same quality service in a convenient and cost effective manner. 

The guys at the front desk are great. They are courteous, attentive, and be sure to make recommendations on device to your vehicle. 

Great place for service, brakes, etc.

Bought snow tires for my Subaru and asked for an alignment. They called me back to say they could not do the alignment, because a busching on my control arm was "completely sheared off and needs to be replaced." Another $430.00. I just had the car completely checked out by a mechanic a week ago right before buying it. Being a little skeptical I read their reviews which convinced me to get a second opinion at another shop. They looked the car over and said the control arm needs no work. Based on this, I can no longer trust this establishment and will not be giving them my business. I hope they don't have a practice of trying to scare their customers in doing more work than is needed, but it certainly looks that way to me.

Excellent customer service... I've gotten my tires done on my jeep and reasonable price.  I've been recommending my family and friends to this location ever since.... Keep up the great job at this location.

Took my car here multiple times for service and got a brand new exhaust system and muffler installed only to drive off the lot and have nothing but problems with it ever since, not to mention it cost me  1300 bucks the first visit and another 900 bucks the next visit and they still couldn't get it right and I'm still having problems, I dropped my car off to them and of course the guy tells me others more than just your exhaust that needs to be done ? Really because before that my car was running just fine until I tool into your shop and you guys install the muffler and don't even weld it on, and the employee tells me yea we don't have a torch or welder. OK no wonder my muffler is hanging low off my car and why I'm having ongoing issues, if you don't have the proper tools to do the work then why do the work and charge me 1300 dollar's for it. I'll never take my car to this place ever again, they ate clear rip off artists that keep you coming back, its pretty funny I had no issues with my car at all until I initially tool it there for an oil change and ever since that time I've had numerous problems arise outta nowhere with my car and then after they supposedly fixed the problem after a few more 1,000 or so dollars outta my pocket lol guess what, now magically something else is now wrong with it. If you wanna get screwed over and ripped off people, then by all means tires plus is the place for you  !!!!! How this place hasn't been investigated yet or is allowed to run a business by straight ripping ppl off is beyond me  ???
