Terrible at diagnosis. Brought in the car for a tire vibration and was informed the tires were fine. Brought the car home and put it on the lift to find the left front (which I told them) had a giant flat spot that was visually noticeable. Whole reason the car being there was I was moving and didn't have the time to look at it for a couple of days. For the name of a place to have tires in their name, they can't even diagnose a tire correctly.

Just went in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation before the family leaves for thanksgiving.... first when I got home my 6 year old daughter noticed the hood wasn't shut all the way. So I lifted and shut it.... wouldn't shut. Drove all the way back the guy who did the service messed with it it shut! Cool!! Well now I'm in the middle of Missouri winding why my wheels were making so much noise, hoping it's not a wheel bearing..... oh even better almost all of my out nuts are finger loose!!!!!!!!!! One on 3 of the tires was tight the rest were about to fall off!!! I will never go back and tell everyone I've ever met in my life not to go there!

Took my car in for an oil change.  A couple of weeks later the car leaked oil in a line down the driveway and left a puddle in the garage (it had never leaked before).  I opened the hood, reached down and easily hand tightened the oil filter 1 1/2 turns - it was not tightened at the shop.  When I called the shop, they said that was impossible - their policy is to have two people tighten/check the oil filter and plug.  I said just because that is policy doesn't mean it is going to happen.  They said it must have been the threads of the oil filter - that bad threads made more sense than they did not follow "policy".  They then said they would have someone come out a clean the driveway and garage floor - well that never happened.  No returned calls or anything.  I would not recommend this store, or if you are willing to risk it you should at a minimum check that things are tight yourself.

Went in recently for a tire alignment, everything went great. Peter was helpful and kind. The technician in another hand I was not pleased with one bit. As soon as they were done aligning the vehicle they brought the car down to park it back in the customers lot. At the time I was waiting in the lobby. Seconds later I hear a car accelerating aggressively, I look at the corners of my eyes to realize it was my vehicle! I spoke to Peter and he told me to would speak to the technician and address the issue. As a customer I will never! Repeat. NEVER come here for any service. What happened is very unprofessional and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. This is suppose to be "Tires Plus" not a track for racing.

Always great service and they always get me a fair price and apply current coupons. Very friendly staff!
