I love living at Titan Springs. It’s peaceful, beautiful, safe and well designed. The floor plan, appliances and amenities are top notch and nicer than any other apartment I’ve leased.
The management and staff are extremely kind, helpful and seem genuinely interested in making this a great place to live. I highly recommend!👍🏼

Okay place to live so far. A couple things could be improved. In the lease it says that smoking is not allowed on the premises. I have seen lots of people however still smoking on their balconies. Being on the first floor this is very annoying as at night when I have my windows open I normally am having to shut them because the cigarette smell is finding its way into my house. Also when the grass in front of the bottom floor patios was finally cut my patio was left completely covered in grass clippings. Whoever did the gardening did not bother to blow off the patios that they had blown all the grass cuttings onto. To me that is extremely rude and unprofessional. I didn't know it was my job to sweep off the patio every time the gardening was done. Microwave Breakers are constantly popping. Didn't notice it at first but a couple areas in my house where the baseboard is attached it's like they did not attach them correctly, and they are starting to come off in some places. Garages here are the highest priced Garages I've ever seen at an apartment. $100 a month for a garage seems a bit much to me being most apartments are anywhere between $50 to $60. HOWEVER  apartments are Beautiful and office staff lady is extremely friendly and personable. Always so kind and willing to help. She deserves 5 stars!
