Excellent customer service still exist.  I called on Monday July 24 th and inquired about a loan. I spoke with a young lady named Latoya. I wasn't able to make it in that day, but I did get to go on Friday July 28th. The young lady Terri helped me on that day and I would like to say that she has phenomenal customer service skills. She was pleasant during the entire process. She made sure that I understood exactly how the loan works even down to the amount of interest that my loan will accuse per day. She did not pressure me to get in over my head her goal was to make sure I could afford the payment. I didn't fell rushed or pressured in any way. I would recommend anyone to needs a loan to visit this title max. It was a great experience.
