Love this place! The line was long/out the door a few days after July 4 but there was no one in line when I went yesterday 7/11. Lines are generally pretty short there. I’m really glad that this system exists
Excellent place if yiu want to stay away from the nightmare of thousands of tourists. This location is much more manageable. You'll still wait in line, but it's not chaotic, orderly, and the service is fast and polite. We were able to get our tickets quickly, and great seats to boot.

Love it! You can get tickets to most shows 50/40% off, great seats, and the wait line is not bad, 30 minutes. Strongly Recommend it
Depends on when you visit but the line is relatively shorter than that at TKTS Times Square and the ticket counter is inside an air-conditioned building.
Arrived about 10am for 11am opening. Such friendly staff. A few minutes before opening the available shows were displayed in the screen. We picked our top choice and a back up. Got our first choice and enjoyed Chicago!
What a great deal, and even better buying experience. Got in line at 1030am and moved quickly to the order window when it opened at 11a. While waiting, staff member Eric answered numerous questions and made great recommendations for each guest. Will definitely use this again next time I'm in town!
Amazing! Way less crowded than Timesquare location, and ….they have AC so no more sweating when waiting in line for buying discounted tickets
The workers did a Great Job! We were lined up and spoke with the TKTS screener to let us know what was available. The Line Monitor was very specific and ran the Line well. Nobody cut the line and listened. Last, the three TKTS sales people were Great. Very knowledgeable, very understanding, and very professional and courteous! Overall it was an Excellent experience with HALF Priced TKTS!
