My sewer line was clogged and backing up into my yard. I called these guys, and a technician was out within 30 minutes. He was so exceptionally polite and kind about everything. He explained the processes to me and the costs, and cleaned all the gross stuff off of my sidewalk with his hands. Further, he explained that he wouldn't charge me for anything if it didn't work. It did work, however, and everything has been flowing great since! I have been raving about the experience, and who can say that about a sewage backup?! I'm so grateful to this company and their values.

Highly, highly, highly recommended!  We have had TLC come twice with positive experiences both times- once to our old house (drain needed to be scoped and cleared of branches), and again today at our new house.  We had sewage backing up into our basement- our plumber was able to determine where there was a blockage, but not what it was.  We called TLC on a Sunday and they were able to schedule someone to come Monday morning.  Aaron came out today to run a camera down.  He was friendly and professional, and quickly discovered a metal spring lodged in the pipe.  He wasn't sure if he could get it out (meaning we would have to dig through our finished basement to get to it- which would have been expensive and a huge inconvenience), but he was willing to try and got it out!   We will definitely refer others in the future.  Thanks so much, Aaron and TLC!

Had a main sewer line cleaning done by TLC, polite, courteous, and I felt confident that he'd done a good job when he left. I was very satisfied.

When my drain got clogged (the main house drain) no one seemed to be able to fix it.  The two plumbers I called threw up their hands.  One gave me the number for TLC.  Yes, TLC did clear up the clog.  They found a clean out by the curb as well.  I have to say thank you for work well done.

Called them on a Sunday - not only did they get here quick, they cleared the tree roots out of my drain! 
The price was reasonable, especially because it was the weekend, a lot less than the plumber I used before.
I know who I'm calling for emergencies from now on!
