Outstanding work.  Antonio and Cesar did an excellent job of installing a tankless water heater and water softener.  They went beyond the call of duty in terms of assessing our situation, addressing our needs, explaining the process, working closely with the city inspector to guarantee that the job would pass inspection and have no delays, and exceeding all expectations.  They were top-notch professionals.  We will call on them for any future plumbing services/projects.  We could not be happier with the quality of work and friendliness throughout the project.  I highly recommend them.

We called TLC afterhours and they sent Anthony S.  He was great and very helpful.  He explained everything to us and was fast and efficient.  He was also very personable.  If we have any other issues, he will be the first one we call.   What a great member they have on their team!

I recently had an issue with the electrical panel in my home. I checked the web and discovered that TLC has professionals available 24 hours.  I called and requested services, and much to my surprise, within 1/2 hour Alberto Aguirre arrived at my home and within 1/2 hour, had resolved my issues.  He was very courteous and very knowledgeable.  Alberto took the time to check all the wiring behind the panel and performed tests on the breakers to make sure everything was in order.  He posted easy-to-read instructions and a check sheet for maintenance.  Overall, Alberto gets 10 stars in my book, as well as TLC.  I will be signing up for the yearly preventative home maintenance plan to check HVAC/Plumbing and Electrical throughout the house - excellent program that everyone should be doing.  Alberto Aguirre is the best!

From the initial call to schedule a same day service to the service pro calling within 20 minutes stating he was on his way the visit was great. Will S. Our service pro was knowledgeable and very helpful and gave us options when explaining our problem. I was very impressed with his professionalism. 
I will definitely call again when/ if the need arises and request Will S.

Today I had Marcos Pacheco and Elijah come to my home.  They were fantastic!  Last month I had Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling come out.  They just wanted to sell me an $8,000 unit.  Marcos and Elijah were terrific.  Explained everything to me super clearly, I understood and I am so appreciative.  TLC  all the way from now on!  They were right on time and thorough and I just feel 100% confident recommending them to all my friends and family.  Without a doubt!
