TLS van lines did an excellent job of moving our stuff from California to Arizona. It was quick and efficient. The payment scheme is based on the number and size of the boxes and not weight so minimizing the number and packing them to capacity is a must! The guys who did the actual move were very nice and professional. Hopefully we will not require their services again any time soon, but we would certainly use this company again for our moving needs.

TLS Van Lines moved our 5 bedroom house from Long Beach, CA to Scottsdale, AZ In less then 48 hours. It all started over the phone with tiffany, she was very nice and explained us the whole process to details, what made us a little bit more confident than before so we decided to pay the deposit and book our move date. On the day of the pick up at 8:30 am I got a call from a gentleman named Josh, saying that they are on the way to us and they will arrive in about an hour (our pick up window time was in between 9 and 11 am). At 9:27 I saw the TLS Van Lines truck outside my home with 5 guys that were very polite and nice. Without wasting time they went straight inside the house and started wrapping all of our furniture in a very professional and secure way (me and my husband walked around the house from room to room and enjoyed just watching them lol...). At 5 pm the whole house was already packed inside the truck and ready to go. A day after at 11 am the truck arrived to our new home in AZ with 4 guys and it took them 5 hours to unload the whole truck, unwrapp all of our furniture and put everything back the way it was before and the only thing that was broken was our old broom lol, so happy about that because now we will have to get a new one ;) Thanks a lot TLS Van Lines for a smooth move, we will definitely use you in the future and recommend you to all of our friends!

Awful experience with TLS moving from California to Tennessee. 2 days after our expected delivery date we call to get an update and find out our belongings haven't even left California because of a truck issue, but we weren't informed of the delay. Finally when our goods were delivered, we were only provided ONE guy to move everything himself. Not only did it take this poor guy forever (7 hours to move in a one bedroom apartment) but it was also awful watching him struggle with all of our belongings. He couldn't be careful with our goods because he could barely move them himself. When it came to our appliances, he actually asked me for help - so I ended up moving a washing machine up the stairs myself when I paid LITERALLY thousands of dollars for someone else to do it for me. We informed Valerie of everything going on, and she assured us we were still getting the service we paid for, but we didn't. Our contract stated a TEAM of movers would be provided, and it wasn't. Our contract stated this team would re-assemble all of our furniture, which they didn't - we had to do it ourselves. After our complaints, which were supported by photos and videos - Valerie told us we could file an insurance claim for any damaged goods but as for the poor service (aka them completely ignoring the terms of our contract) they could only offer us a $75 reimbursement for the inconvenience. $75 is roughly 3% of the total we paid. Let me reiterate - I was asked to move my own appliances up a flight of stairs because the hired mover couldn't do it alone. We would never recommend this company to anyone after this. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

great service, honest people, came 15 minutes before schedule, even when we had a bit more then what we agreed on the phone- they didn't make a big deal out of it, they gave us a very fair price and we will defiantly recommend to friends and family
