Not only do they offer great fitness and martial arts services they also do amazing b-day parties! They just gave my son the best surprise 16th bday party. They did all the set up and take down, taught a bunch of kids of all ages (adult kids too) martial arts, self defense and kickboxing. This was the most stress free party atmosphere. Thank you so much.

I can't say enough good things about TNT. The kickboxing classes are challenging but extremely fun, and you get a great workout! By the time class is over I don't even realize than an hour has gone by. The instructors are amazing and take the time to provide 1:1 instruction, and the participants in class are super encouraging and welcoming! The whole vibe of TNT to me is welcoming, upbeat, and fun, but be prepared to work hard for an hour.

TNT truly gave me results I wanted to reach. After three months of joining the TNT family, I dropped 20lbs, down a pants size, and down two dress sizes. TNT is more than just kickboxing, it is a family. We get to workout hard, sweat a lot, and joke around with each other just like family. TNT has allowed me to improve my confidence, core, strength, and overall health and fitness. I would recommend TNT to anyone!!!

Fun & effective workout! Ive never had so much fun working out in my life & Im stronger than Ive ever been. Great workout for any fitness level!

TNT Martial Arts & Fitness is the best work out I have EVER had. From the first day at TNT i could tell that it was the place for me. They are fun, inspiring and caring people that work hard with each person that comes in to meet their personal fitness goals. Tim and Tamayah are PURE GOLD - I would recommend everyone give them a chance. The classes are convenient, the atmosphere is supportive and positive and the work out is intense and personalized to meet ANY level of fitness. TNT is the best in town and if you haven't been yet... you are MISSING OUT!!
