Extremely arrogant , does not respond to voicemails , expects that we should not reject her for any jobs as she thinks she is too good to be rejected .

Also only contact her if you are ready to give her the business even before knowing if she is the best fit for your needs.

VeryPoor business skills , - may be she is good at her work but lack of time does not mean you brush off clients

Client : but we are not familiar with gardening and landscaping , you were the first company we contacted and we we don't know what we wanted to achieve back then . Now I have done my research and now I am ready and will like to know if you are available .

Toby : you should have hired me the first time , you should not negotiate prices with me . I am the best and I don't want your business .🙄😳🤑🤑
