I had the pleasure of dining at this eatery and had the Triple D taco. It was seriously one of the most balanced dishes I've ever had in my entire life. The flavor poured out of the taco. There's sweet, there's spicy, there's savory, even some earthy elements to it. Seriously, this is a place that the atmosphere is killer. The food is all locally sourced or if not locally its from legit native American tribes in Minnesota. The sweetness to the hominy salsa is a little shocking at first but is very balanced throughout the dish. I will be back every time I am in Denver

Landed here after seeking some local and original Denver eats while visiting. Tocabe has created a menu of really elevated American Indian cuisine in a fast casual setting. Think Chipotle but for great American Indian dishes. Unique items including the slow cooked bison, the Indian taco/fry bread, and this tasty tasty mix of hominy you can opt for as a topping. Choose a base, a meat, protein, and toppings. They also have a few specialty combos already crafted if you're not sure where to start. Loved the Fancy Indian taco. Large portions didn't leave me feeling too overstuffed, dude to the quality of ingredients. I'll be craving this until my next visit back to Denver.

A+ staff! Tasty food, nice to see new options, and I have been several times. Staff helped report a vehicle accident when the offending party did not report--very thankful for the Tocabe staff helping report and alert me. I am a happy patron, and plan to be back many more times. I recommend the 'taco' as a base to your plate!

Eat here because it's different, more delightful than you think, and most of all, because the world will be a better place with more Tocabe locations. Native American food does not get the love it deserves. The dishes here range from spicy sweet to satisfyingly savory. Best of all, customizing your food is easy because they follow the base-protein-toppings process like Cafe Rio or Chipotle. Picky eaters should have no trouble customizing their dish, but adventurous souls can get their fix, too.

Never heard of this place as I live out of state. Gave it a shot as I was seriously impressed! My veggie bowl was delicious. Ordered online and my meal was ready before the estimated time.
