The grain is good at a comparable rate of name brands. The guys here are nice, respectful & helpful. The woman owner is not. I don''t go there anymore because the woman owner acts like you are infringing on them & she also tries to charge a higher amount for bulk prices - unless you say something to her, when it is clearly in her computer under your account stating otherwise, and it is also on the board there is a discount in bulk. This isn't the thriving metropolis of New York City wherein they are overloaded with clients. The many times I have been here, I was the only customer - and the phone never rang. This has happened too many times & I'm tired of the lack of respect & the lack of friendly service. I'm sure they will not miss my 4,000 pounds at all every month. My new feed supplier is appreciative.
