The lady was super nice. i went for a groupon which said I had the option of a pumpkin spice or hot stone pedi.. didnt get to choose my option.. she cut my toe nails with a cuticle cutter and i have small cuts on my big toes which she cut the nail entirely too short. My cuticles werent cut nor were my hang nails. Although they took me very quickly i am not satified with the service.

Horrible experience! I had manicure and pedicure done yesterday with Cara. She told me that she doesn't have much time to do the gel manicure and pedicure and she would have to cut the time on pedicure, I said ok. Cara completed everything in less than an hour! She didn't cut the cuticles out and painted over them , when I saw that I couldn't believe! I pointed it out and she fixed it by using the wooden stick (just took it off the cuticles)! I said forget about it I'll have to redo it myself I don't like it ! She did an awful job! I was ashamed to go outside with it how bad it was done! Manicure looks like it's been a week since I got it done! Never experienced such a poor job! I wanted my money back but no way they'd give it to me! Michelle the manager and other associates said it looked beautiful! I'd like to see them to go outside with the service I received! Too bad I can't add pictures! (I added the pictures on their Facebook page)They said the job was done correctly and the only offer I got is to redo it which I didn't accept because I didn't want to waste my time to have it done by the same person! Very disappointed! Poor customer service and poor job was done! I've been their customer but after this I'll never go back or refer to anyone!

Anthony is the best ! He is a true artiste in his field with all the old-time feel of the neighborhood barbers with all the modern amenities. There's no other place I'd Rather Go or any other barber in the world. Thank you Paisan!!!
