Cant give a 0 or a minus WOW!!! This place is awful. People who work there incompetent as is the namesake. As others have reported, will never file your taxes. If you got lucky when he actually did, you will get IRS notices a year later that he didnt put something or other on your taxes and you will subsequently pay. Then he will tell you he is fighting for you and that it was the IRS's mistake. Truth is he never fights just tells lies. Professional liar. You WILL NEVER GET A HARD COPY OF TAXES FILED to review (unless if you owe of course) even if you ask to pick them up personally. They lock the door leading to the offices at street level so that you cant access the office to complain and get the imbeciles to hit send for taxes they purported to be complete. These pathological liars give you a run around EVERY TIME . "Pierce is at the IRS". Everyday same lies. Pierce is sunning his butt with your money that is where he is in August trust me. Yea okay ....Pierce is at the IRS in August, September, October, November, and December?!!! Pierce is with (fill in the blank) "Agent so and so everyday and working on your taxes". Its all a charade. Ask any reputable accountant they will tell you that is all A LIE. They are spineless wimps that can t tell the truth or give a coherent argument when you question them. You will get hurt if you use this clown and his people will laugh at you behind the scenes. Elena, Barbara, Aisha, you name it all Pro liars and b- artists. Finally after 60 emails and even more than 100 phone calls over a 8 month span and countless direct lies and calls to the IRS and Treasury I found out he or HIS OFFICE or both have been lying all along. No Taxes ever filed even though emails and conversations and recorded calls telling that he has indeed filed them and that your refund is on the way. If you have had problems with this bunch of schnooks or can prove even just negligence or criminal activity then File complaint form 14157 with the IRS and **better yet go to the Treasury department located in NYC or give them a call. Its the Treasury Inspector Generals Office for Tax Administration New York Office. Best thing you can do is post here and make a complaint to try and help others avoid this place like the plague it is. What comes around goes around...one day they will get their just rewards for their lies. WATCH!!

I used Todd Pierce Associates aka TPA Assoc. Inc. once and I have had nothing but problems. I had to pay a fine from the IRS and have my taxes amended. I never received my amendment and they charged me 95.00 to correct their mistake. Five months later the IRS is stating they did not receive an amendment. I have contacted the TPA Inc, Numerous times via phone and email and still no amendment returned.
