Small location sharing same space with Baskin-Robbins. Sandwiches are ok, better than Subway but not as good as Mr Pickles. Parking seems like it would be a problem with only a few off-street spaces. But I've never been during presumably the lunch rush, so haven't had an issue with parking.

The lady who made my sandwich greeted everyone and was quick and got my order right during the lunch rush impressive
