Second time staying at Tohickon. It's perfect for families, especially with multiple families camping together. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Showers have good pressure and temp. It's clean and quiet. The fishing stream is nice. Bingo is fun.

Positives: Staff was very nice, fine bathrooms, consistently hot showers, pool, game room, laundry room and small store. The campground is big, and every site has a water and sewer hook up. Negatives: Walls in the showers we're pretty gross. I wanted to take a stainless steel pad to them. Clean water spigot and sewer hook up practically right next to each other. Sanitary?? What if someone has a sewage overflow or spill? We tried not to think about it. Fire wood was $10 a bundle, and a propane fill was $25! Eek! We only paid $25 a night because we camped after July 4th, so thank goodness for the cheap stay. Also, our campsite had quite a bit of trash around it. Don't think we will stay again. We will probably try the Red Barn Campground down the road next time.

Pretty decent campground, the creek is a big plus. Nice to be able to walk over right next to the camp site and throw in a line. They have a decent pool, playground, and arcade for the kids. They also have a restaurant on site, if you like dried food it isn't bad.

We needed a last minute place to camp for the night. Friendly staff, she let us drive around the campsite and pick the spot we wanted. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Campsites were very close to each other, so if you are looking for more privacy this may not be the place for you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Lynn & her sister are incredibly customer friendly, they have the most pleasant dispositions. The campsites are spacious, lots of fun activities, nice swimming pool. Bathrooms could use an upgrade.
