DO NOT HIRE DURO TOLA FOR ANYTHING. HIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Working with Duro had been a nightmare since day one. I hired Tola Restoration to build a simple shed, lay a paver patio, and replace siding. Duro built the worst shed I had ever seen. It is crooked, not level with the ground, the window was installed incorrectly, and you cannot even open the door, to name a few issues. Even a five-year-old child knows a roof should overhang the side of a building. The roof does not overhang on this shed, so when it rains water leaks in through the roof. Then, Duro began the patio project completely incorrectly. He and his workers had no idea how to construct the patio; it was uneven, they scratched the brand-new pavers by running a steel compactor over them without any guard or sand, ripped up my yard unnecessarily, and left it unfinished. For the siding project, I paid Duro for materials in advance. He never purchased them OR returned my money. He and his workers damaged and stole materials I had purchased, and stole my personal property from my garage. When I communicated these serious problems to him, he began avoiding my calls and texts. Any time I was able to speak to him, he told me he would pay me two weeks later, and then two weeks came with no money. The same story continued until he eventually disappeared completely. Four months later I still do not have any of my money or materials back. Duro Tola is an idiotic scam artist. Do not trust this man or his company. He will steal your money and ruin your property.

Tola Restoration came out and provided a reasonable estimate to paint 4-5 rooms in my house in Middletown, CT.  They did a marvelous job and performed high quality workmanship.  I will recommend them to my friends for other painting jobs. They also offered to do some kitchen upgrades but I have not done that work yet. Thanks again
